“A walk every morning is the secret to a happy marriage” - Anne Law, The Joys of Marriage
Morning walks are one of those things people can give up doing until their days are almost over. They don't have to be so long, but we all deserve them. Some may argue that walking is more than just for exercise on a hot day. It's meditation too. We should start enjoying morning walks as there are numerous benefits to them, including lowering blood pressure, improving memory, reducing your overall stress level, maintaining good dental health, weight loss, reducing heart disease risk, helping you lose belly fat, providing you with essential vitamins and minerals, strengthening bones and joints, decreasing back pain, relieving pain from arthritis or backache, and much more. Even though not everyone enjoys walking, this doesn’t mean that it shouldn’t be done. There is something about this activity. I am glad to inform you that if it isn’t the time for one, why not? If you don’t enjoy it, skip it. Don’t put yourself into situations this way, especially when walking feels like an impossible task. While walking through the park, look up at the sky, breathe in the crisp air, take in your surroundings, and get out of your head. You will feel happier and healthier. Now walk towards your local coffee shop, grab some water to help hydrate yourself (unless you’re sweating), eat some fruit and vegetables to give you energy, and fill yourself up with other healthy foods. Walkthrough the park and turn right. Turn the corner. Take a moment to admire the view, and go by two shops to buy some flowers to brighten your mood for the rest of the day. This morning stroll will never end, so make one of these beautiful mornings even more wonderful. Walking early in the morning and in the early afternoon is healthy, enjoyable, and can help in many ways.
