Everyone has a right to enjoy clean air, clean water, clean soil, and clean food. These are all essential elements that every one of us could ever dream about being able to do. But even more important is a clean lifestyle. That means no littering, smearing, chewing gum on public transit, or having your lawn mowed every time you go to the grocery store. And also, a clean, hygienic way of life. We're reminded of this by our parents in their ways, from washing their hands frequently to not letting their kids cut grass on weekends to make sure they have clean clothes and shoes for days at school and going out only with clean things. A clean environment can make all the difference to people's lives. People who live in clean environments are often happier, stress-free, and can help others in their way.
Clean Landscaping
We want and need to be able to produce clean, sustainable products. That includes many types of trees and plants, like trees for homes, trees for wind turbines and forests for wood, wood timber trees, and other materials that can't compete for rainwater if it runs off the land. Many times farmers and landowners don't have access to sufficient amounts of water for irrigation. With that in mind, they turn to clean up the land as best they can. This leaves them with less water to turn to for farming, which can leave them feeling under pressure to sell land. So their crops lose quality and water can't help but run dry sooner than it should. To remedy this, using trees to create green spaces helps to create an abundance of good for everyone and reduces poverty-stricken farmland. It also saves money when there isn't enough money to buy all the items needed for the market. Not only provides an incredible resource for helping solve global problems. The most beneficial part is that these trees make great, cheap replacements. As stated, they will be able to make use of whatever is leftover if the primary source gets depleted. They can become a resource for future generations. The United Nations estimates that more than four billion acres of land have been cleared since 1970. By applying this concept to planting trees, we are reducing the amount of pollution we cause. While many companies have gotten behind this idea, you won't find any big national chains advertising these trees as popular choices. Instead, local farms sell to restaurants, schools, and businesses that are willing to give them the attention they deserve. There's still a lot of debate as to whether these trees are helpful. I believe they are and are definitely worth the effort to provide you with clean air, clean soil, clean water, and healthy eating. You are what makes the Earth beautiful, so take your small piece of that and start a family with cleaner air, dirt, and dirt.
Clean Food
The biggest threat to protecting the planet's cleanliness is the massive consumption of fast food. From bottled water to chips to pizza toppings to French fries, they've been made into something that tastes better than anything else on the planet. Fast food companies can't afford to stop producing that type of product. But people have to eat it. Unfortunately, they spend way more money on food than what we have available by buying organic goods and locally grown meat. If we wanted a healthier way of living, we would look away from fast food and make an effort to do better with our food. However, we are not willing to move away from fast food. Americans spend over 50 million dollars each day in restaurants. Nearly 60% of consumers say that affordable, healthy food options help them make better dietary decisions. In addition, the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) reports the following statistics on America's love addiction:
According to National Eating Trends Survey conducted in 2015 by the Center for Biological Diversity, 50 percent of Americans report eating more food than they did 30 years ago. Nearly 70 percent say they eat food that is healthy and nutritious, 80 percent of Americans say their diet is influenced by advertisements, 69 percent eat food that is packed with calories, and 65 percent of Americans say they often or always choose unhealthy foods. In 2014 alone, the average American ate 3.1 pounds of hamburgers, 2 cups of soft drinks, 11.6 teaspoons of sugar substitutes, 534 grams of red meat, and 6.3 pounds of potatoes. Last year, the CDC estimated that nearly 400 million pounds of fast food were eaten in America, resulting in over one billion calories being wasted. Based on those statistics alone, why would someone want to try eating fruits instead of chicken? Why would anyone want to switch to fish instead of beef? More than half of the population in the U.S. eats meat at least three times per week. When you compare this figure with our country's current obesity rate, the answer becomes crystal clear: Americans aren't necessarily craving burgers today. Americans prefer fresh vegetables, grains, seafood, and fruit over meat and soda. In fact, according to a Gallup Poll, Americans feel it's their responsibility to keep our government functioning, but Americans currently rank 46th on a scale from one to 100 on the "Public Health Index." Their concern revolves around the health of themselves, children, and families or other issues related to the food they consume. An easy way to change this attitude starts by educating yourself on nutrition. Learn about healthy foods and learn how to use that knowledge to improve your diet. Educate yourself about cooking methods such as slow cooking, healthy meals and meal prep, and healthy ways to cook. Look for recipes that you like. Find creative ways to spice up your favorite recipes. Read the nutrition books. Make meal plans and stick to them. Understand where everything goes. Are you really satisfied with your diet? Do you enjoy eating your favorite foods? If not, check in with a nutritionist. Nutritionists teach Americans to understand how their bodies work and how to meet their individual nutritional needs. The information may surprise you, but there are plenty of good reasons to try out some nutrient shakes or supplements: These products contain nutrients, antioxidants, fiber, and vitamins that many people are familiar with, but have not quite figured out yet. Each of these supplements can help improve your overall health. Take advantage of your body's natural response to certain foods so that you can get more of the nutrients you need to stay strong, healthy for longer periods and reduce your risk of developing health problems such as heart disease, diabetes, and cancer. According to the National Institutes of Health (NIH), there is not much evidence to date showing any measurable benefits of taking vitamin C as well as Echinacea, garlic, or ginger for weight loss or joint pain. But they may do you good. One small study showed some potential results when participants took 8 mg/dicalcium and 1 mg/dacarbazine, which is the active ingredient in common cold medications. Because of that study, it would seem unlikely that supplementing with vitamins and minerals also directly affects blood loss and weight loss. Though the study was small, the results did give hope to those who think vitamin and mineral supplementation can help you stay healthy for longer periods. Whether that proves true or not remains to be seen. Most people will not know that certain ingredients might be necessary to develop and maintain a clean and healthy life. But it seems like a good idea to try out a new supplement if nothing else offers you a chance to get all the vitamins, nutrients, and minerals you need to live a happy and stress-free life.
Clean Green Space
For nearly a century, researchers have known that dirty and unclean environments can lead to poor mental health, depression, and anxiety. This was a factor in the 1960s''s in particular, as there weren't enough affordable, high-quality healthcare benefits, and many states had restrictive laws that made it difficult to give the full extent of care or health benefits to patients with health conditions such as cancer. Even today, medical insurance does not cover the whole cost of treating a sick person or getting them to see a doctor. Many of the studies also show the same effect on children as adults. Studies have shown that children also suffer from depression when exposed to toxic substances. On top of that, children between seven and eight already suffer from brain development delays as early as birth and often struggle with learning disabilities. Add to these problems because of contaminated garbage and putrid fumes emanating from car exhausts and you'll start to see why having clean, greenery-filled space is a good habit to incorporate into home improvement projects. When our brains are vulnerable and can lack the stimulation we need, it might be harder to manage other problems that could occur due to a lack of proper mental stimulation or a lack of sunlight exposure. Not only will it help your mood and stress level, but your immune system will work better towards preventing infection and illness. Research shows how breathing in carbon dioxide can make you happier, healthier, and more productive throughout your day. Now that's a proven fact—you won't be able to breathe without it! Studies also show that spending time outdoors can lower the chances of dying from chronic diseases as well as premature death. Not only is cleaner air and cleaner air also vital, but it can be just as important as having clean water, food, and a clean bedroom. In reality, the easiest way to achieve this is simply investing in a plant, a tree, or a flower. Just get in the backyard and start growing a herb garden. It doesn't take long, and it's a rewarding experience. Here are some great tips for making the most of your nature-filled space: Start with a small area you would like to grow either an albedo planter for herbs or a trellis or trefoil. Use an indoor potting shed or greenhouse for the plants, then add some hanging baskets or light posts under the plants, so
